Telmar Customer Solutions Portal
Telmar’s Customer Solutions portal is a self-service website custom designed to provide real time transactional and query access to our supply chain. From our Customer Solutions portal, you can track shipments and repair status, search our extensive catalog of products, and request a quote online. You can also request a return authorization and print a barcoded return tag from the site. All Customer Solutions portal functions are custom built to meet our customer’s needs and are integrated directly into our backend systems to provide real time, accurate and secure availability to customer data and transactions.
Register or log-in to use our Customer Solutions portals. As a registered user you can access a range of information that can include repair authorization requests (RMAs), repair tracking, shipment tracking, and quote requests.
Asset Recovery System
Our exclusive Asset Recovery System allows us to rapidly scan and disposition customer Network assets onsite. These invaluable tools support our spares management programs to streamline the process and eliminate the handling, transportation and traditional costs associated with inventory classification.
