Register or log-in to use our Customer Solutions portals. As a registered user you can access a range of information that can include repair authorization requests (RMAs), repair tracking, shipment tracking, and quote requests.

Asset Recovery System

Our exclusive Asset Recovery System allows us to rapidly scan and disposition customer Network assets onsite. These invaluable tools support our spares management programs to streamline the process and eliminate the handling, transportation and traditional costs associated with inventory classification.
