Telmar Network Technology Selected as Multi-vendor Spare Parts Management and Repair Provider by Telefonica O2 Ireland

Telmar Network Technology to provide managed services to Telefónica O2 Ireland including multi-vendor spare parts management, repair, warehousing, and vendor warranty management  

Eindhoven, The Netherlands, February 24, 2010 - Telmar Network Technology announced it has been awarded a multi-vendor spare parts management and repair contract by Telefónica O2 Ireland, which is part of the Telefónica group.
The managed services contract with Telmar covers multiple service level agreements including in-country warehousing, logistics services and on-site delivery of network replacement units. Telmar will also provide multi-vendor hardware repair, 24/7 call desk support, end-to-end vendor warranty management services and rollout and de-installation equipment asset management services to Telefónica O2 Ireland.
